Shipping Policy

If you are experiencing a delivery issue with your order, please contact your local USPS branch.

- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following 1-2 business days. 

- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed.

- Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label.  Ivy Botanics is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages. 

- If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.

- If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by Ivy Botanics to retrieve your package.

- If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local USPS Post Office and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.

FREE STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $60+

With a minimum purchase of $60 or more at dwhome.com, shipping is no cost to you.

$7.99 FLAT RATE STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS UNDER $60

With a purchase of $60.00 or less, shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. If a discount code is applied to an order and the subtotal is under $60, shipping costs will apply. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping for International orders shipping is calculated based on weight at check out. All international shipments are subject to customs/duties charges. Ivy Botanics is not responsible for customs/duties charges.
