Shipping & Returns
On behalf of the entire Ivy Botanics Candle Co. team, we are all thinking of those impacted by COVID-19 and appreciate everyone doing their part to protect our community and move forward in this unpredictable climate.
Our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities. We are closely monitoring the situation and we want to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus so all employees who are able to work remotely have been instructed to work from home. Our warehouse remains open and we will continue to process orders. We have taken extra precautions during this time with our facility and our employees who are working hard to process and ship orders. Please be patient as these measures are impacting both our company and the postal service and shipping times may be longer than usual. Your support and understanding during this time is so greatly appreciated.

If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.
If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by DW Home to retrieve your package.
If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local USPS Post Office and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate shipping of $7.99 on orders below $50.
We offer free shipping for all purchases of $50 or more.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Delivery usually takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location within the United States.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What’s your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns on any unused items. We will replace any items that are damaged during shipping. Photos of damaged items will be required. Customer will have to pay for return shipping postage.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process our orders quickly and changes cannot be made after an order has been processed. If you noticed that you have made a mistake please contact us immediately to see if any changes can be made or cancelled.
